Tulangan (16/1/2024) Program Dauroh Tahfidz Disambut dengan Penuh Antusias. PCM Tulangan Kembali melepas peserta Dauroh Tahfiz tahun ke-3 menuju Trawas-Mojokerto. Dauroh tahfiz menjadi salah satu program unggulan dan program rutin tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan yang berkolaborasi dengan MBS. Tahun ini ada warna yang berbeda dengan dauroh tahfiz. Program dauraoh yang tiap tahun yang hanya diikuti oleh santri MBS SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan untuk tahun ini diikuti oleh siswa regular (nonasrama). Hal ini dilakukan melihat antusiasme yang begitu tinggi dan kemampuan hafalan cukup mumpuni yang juga dimiliki oleh siswa reguler.
Program dauroh tahfiz adalah sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam menghafal al-Quran. Menurut Anik Mujiati selaku kepala sekolah “Alhamdulillah tahun ini adalah tahun ketiga dan pertama kalinya dapat terlaksana program dauroh tahfiz yang tidak hanya diikuti oleh siswa MBS namun juga diikuti oleh siswa regular”. Peserta dauroh tahun ini berjumlah 57 siswa yang diikuti siswa mulai kelas 7 sampai kelas 9 yang sebelumnya telah melalui tahapan seleksi. Peserta dari siswa regular berjumlah 27 siswa. Sedangkan dari santri MBS sebanyak 30 siswa. Program ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan penuh mulai tanggal 17 Januari sampai 17 Februari 2024. Pelaksanaan dauroh dilaksanakan di masjid Ar-Rozaq Trawas-Mojokerto untuk peserta mukim, sedangkan peserta dauroh non mukim dilaksanakan di masjid At-Taubah Desa Kepatihan, Tulangan. Pendampingan kegiatan dauroh ini oleh ustaz/ustazah asrama di MBS SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan juga hafiz Al-Quran yang telah berpengalaman.

Dengan jadwal yang terstruktur, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan motivasi dan dorongan kepada siswa dan siswi SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan agar mereka dapat lebih bersemangat lagi dalam menghafal kitab suci yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah SAW, yaitu Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Menurut Nurul A’yunin selaku koordinator dauroh tahfiz “Tujuan diadakannya dauroh tahfiz ini sebagai program akselerasi untuk menambah jumlah hafalan siswa, dan juga untuk semakin memantapkan hafalan siswa. Baik dalam kefasihan maupun dalam hal pemahaman bacaan al-Quran”. Tambahnya lagi target hafalan tahun ini baik untuk siswa regular maupun siswa MBS minimal mereka menambah hafalan sebanyak 2 juz. Dalam sambutannya, Abdillah Adi selaku ketua PCM Tulangan mengatakan dalam sambutannya ”Semoga kegiatan Dauroh Tahfidz Qur’an dapat dilaksanakan dengan lancar hingga akhir dan dapat menambah kemandirian serta mencetak cendikian muslim sejati. Ke depannya SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan dapat menjadi sekolah yang menciptakan generasi yang cinta terhdap Al- quran, yang tidak hanya menghafal tetapi juga sebagai bekal untuk menjalani kehidupan yang tercermin dari perilakunya di masyarakat”.
