smpmuliatulangan.sch.id – Serunya Segelas Susu Bareng di Pekan Sehat SMP Mulia! Hari ini 4 September 2024 , SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan memulai rangkaian acara “Pekan Sehat Mulia” dengan kegiatan minum susu bersama di hall sekolah. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari dukungan terhadap Gerakan Nasional Aksi Bergizi yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Acara tersebut melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk siswa, guru, dan karyawan.
Gerakan Aksi Bergizi di SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan tidak hanya berhenti pada kegiatan minum susu saja. “Pekan Sehat Mulia” ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan lain seperti senam bersama, sarapan bergizi, serta jalan sehat dan bahagia, yang dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada hari-hari berikutnya. Setiap kegiatan dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kebiasaan hidup sehat di kalangan siswa.
Pada sesi istirahat hari ini, para siswa diberikan susu yang dipersembahkan oleh Champion Mayora, sebuah produk dari pabrik manufaktur yang dikenal dengan komitmennya dalam menyediakan makanan dan minuman sehat. Menurut pernyataan dari Bapak Muhammad Arief, M.Pd, Kaur ISMUBA di SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan, kegiatan ini sangat penting dalam mendukung pembiasaan siswa untuk mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman bergizi setiap hari. “Program ini sangat luar biasa, insya Allah setiap tahun akan dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. Ke depan, kita akan menggandeng beberapa pabrik atau produk manufaktur lainnya, tidak hanya minuman, mungkin juga makanan padat,” ujarnya.
Satria Putra Ahmad, siswa kelas 9C, juga memberikan testimoni positif mengenai acara ini. Ia mengatakan, “Saya sangat bersyukur dengan adanya acara ini dan berharap acara seperti ini bisa lebih sering lagi.” Testimoni ini mencerminkan antusiasme dan harapan siswa agar kegiatan yang mendukung pola hidup sehat ini terus berlanjut.
Arief juga menambahkan bahwa edukasi mengenai pola makan seimbang sangat diperlukan di kalangan siswa. Ia berharap, dengan adanya kegiatan ini, siswa dapat memahami pentingnya mengonsumsi makanan sehat yang seimbang, yang tidak hanya mencakup nasi dan lauk-pauk, tetapi juga sayuran, serta minuman sehat seperti susu atau air putih. “4 sehat 5 sempurna bukan sekadar slogan lagi, tapi kita juga perlu menekankan konsumsi air putih sebagai bagian dari pola makan yang sehat,” tambahnya.
Kegiatan minum susu hari ini merupakan pembuka dari rangkaian acara Pekan Sehat Mulia yang telah direncanakan dengan matang oleh pihak sekolah. Selain minum susu, siswa juga diberi kesempatan untuk mengikuti berbagai permainan menarik yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah, dengan berbagai hadiah menarik yang dipersiapkan untuk mereka.
Dengan berlangsungnya kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan dapat lebih termotivasi untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan bergizi, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah serta kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, seperti Champion Mayora, menunjukkan komitmen SMP Mulia untuk menciptakan generasi yang lebih sehat dan cerdas.
