Ekspetasi Wali Santri Ketika Liburan
Banyak Wali Santri memiliki harapan tinggi terhadap anak-anaknya ketika pulang liburan dari Pesantren, seperti:
- Bangun tepat waktu dan mengajak keluarga lain untuk semangat ibadah.
- Melaksanakan Shalat lima waktu dengan semangat berjamaah di masjid, bahkan sebelum adzan berkumandang.
- Berpakaian rapi (libasut takwa) saat pergi ibadah ke masjid.
- Konsisten dalam membaca Al Qur’an, rajin tilawah, dan murojaah hafalan.
- Bertutur sopan dan berakhlak mulia.
- Bersemangat membantu pekerjaan rumah tangga, termasuk pekerjaan ayah di tempat kerja.
- Berdakwah dengan bangga di tengah masyarakat, memberikan warna dan pencerahan di kampung halaman.
Namun kenyataannya, tidak sedikit (tidak semua) wali santri yang mendapati sebaliknya, beberapa di antaranya terkejut dan bertanya-tanya:
“Anak saya kok berperilaku begini ya? Ini tidak sesuai harapan saya. Astaghfirullah. Bagaimana ini?”
Sebagian santri (sekali lagi, sebagian) malah menunjukkan perilaku yang berbeda:
- Ada yang sulit dibangunkan.
- Ada yang menunda shalat lima waktu atau berjamaah.
- Ada yang pergi ke masjid dengan pakaian sembarangan, asalkan menutup aurat.
- Ada yang sulit lepas dari HP dan lebih suka hiburan.
- Ada yang kurang peduli dengan kesibukan orang tua dan lebih suka rebahan. Bahkan, beberapa habiskan waktunya dengan teman-teman.
- Ada yang malu atau takut bertemu orang lain di luar.
- Beberapa bahkan belum terbiasa bertutur dengan sopan, baik kepada orang tua maupun teman sebaya.

Analisa Pola Asuh dan Pembiasaan di Pesantren.
Jika Santri pulang hasilnya ada yg kurang sesuai harapan orang tua. Ada beberapa faktor:
- Penerapan Pembiasaan di Pesantren yang kurang optimal serta berbedanya kebijakan ketika dia di rumah
- Faktor Orang Tua di rumah yang bingung harus berbuat apa, mungkin karena jarang ikut kajian parenting dan kurang komunikasi dengan guru di sekolah/pesantren anaknya. Sehingga tidak dapat mengatasi keadaan anaknya.
- Si anak belum mendapatkan hidayah, dan semoga Allah berikan hidayahNya pada ananda. Hal ini banyak faktornya (kami bahas dilain kesempatan Insya Allah).

𝗣𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗺: ajarkan tentang kewajiban dan dampak jika tidak melakukan dengan pendekatan Basyiro Wanadziro (memberikan pemahaman tentang mengapa diwajibkan dan apa yang akan didapatkan ketika tidak melaksanakan)
𝗬𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻: upayakan setiap yang diajarkan santri itu meyakini, bukan sekedar ujian tulis, tapi ujian sikap misalnya kebahagiaan orang yang khusnul khotimah karena istiqomah dalam ibadah tertentu, adanya adzab kubur tunjukkan bukti buktinya.
𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿: adalah proses bagaimana setiap santri disadarkan oleh ustadznya ataupun orang tua melalui pendekatan komunikasi intensif dan qudwah akhlaq mulia yang ditunjukkan sang ustadz maupun orang tua.
𝗠𝗮𝘂 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗻: Santri dengan keyakinan dan kesadaran melakukan ajaran Islam, dengan pendampingan dan support hingga mereka nyaman melakukannya. Bukan terpaksa.
𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘆𝗮: sudah tertanam bahwa hal yang dilakukan itu bukan sekedar rutinitas, tapi kebutuhan seorang hamba pada Rabbnya. ketika sampai pada tahap ini santri akan terbiasa melakukan suatu ibadah misalnya sholat sunnah ba’diyyah dan merasa tidak nyaman ketika setelah dzikir tidak melaksanakan sholat ba’diyyah.
Kesimpulan
Ayah bunda sekalian, penting untuk dicatat bahwa ada upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengubah dinamika ini. Mengubah paradigma dari pendekatan yang sekadar rutin menjadi pendekatan yang penuh makna, seperti yang diusulkan oleh pendekatan “Paham-Yakin-Sadar-Mau Melakukan-Butuh Melakukannya”, dapat menjadi kunci. Melalui pendekatan ini, bukan hanya rutinitas yang dilakukan, tetapi sebuah kebutuhan akan ibadah kepada Sang Pencipta. Dengan demikian, pentingnya orang tua dan pesantren seragam dan sepakat untuk menerapkan strategi pendidikan yang holistik, yang tidak hanya mengajarkan kewajiban-kewajiban agama, tetapi juga membangun kesadaran, keyakinan, dan kesadaran akan kebutuhan ibadah yang mendalam dalam diri santri.
