عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: “الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى اللَّهُ عَنْهُ”
(HR. Bukhari)
Artinya:
“Seorang Muslim adalah orang yang kaum Muslimin selamat dari lisan dan tangannya, dan seorang Muhajir adalah orang yang meninggalkan apa yang dilarang oleh Allah.”
Hadits ini memberikan dua pelajaran penting untuk kita:
1. Menjaga Ucapan dan Perbuatan
Nabi Muhammad ﷺ mengajarkan bahwa seorang Muslim yang baik adalah orang yang tidak menyakiti orang lain dengan kata-kata atau perbuatannya. Misalnya, kita tidak boleh berkata kasar, mengejek, atau berbicara buruk tentang orang lain. Begitu juga, kita tidak boleh menyakiti orang lain dengan tindakan fisik seperti berkelahi atau membuat orang lain merasa tidak nyaman.

2. Hijrah dari Perbuatan Buruk
Hijrah biasanya diartikan sebagai pindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, seperti hijrahnya Nabi Muhammad ﷺ dari Mekah ke Madinah. Namun, dalam hadits ini, Nabi ﷺ menjelaskan bahwa hijrah juga berarti meninggalkan perbuatan buruk yang dilarang oleh Allah.
Ini berarti kita harus berusaha menghindari hal-hal yang dilarang, seperti berbohong, mencuri, atau menyakiti orang lain, dan selalu berusaha melakukan hal-hal yang baik. Dengan begitu, kita bisa menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan disukai oleh Allah.
